PCF News - June 28, 2009
It’s been awhile, folks! Here’s the latest on At Home By Myself… With You:
The animation sequences by Bryce Hallett are moving towards completion. We’ve seen the final cut of the film’s opening prologue (which the above still is from) and boy, it’s pretty freaking cool!
Within weeks we will have a picture lock cut of the film. PICTURE LOCK, people. We’re getting closer!
Thanks to a generous contribution from (already FUNders) Rod and Sue McCulloch, we will be able to move forward on some post-production fronts soon. We are still looking for more FUNders though; your $100 gets you a ‘Funded By’ credit on the finished film. Now’s the time; we can definitely use your help!
Our post-sound team is in place… our composers are bringing At Home music to life… there’s exciting news about original songs for the movie… more details to follow soon!
Also, we are still waiting to hear if the film has been accepted into the Toronto International Film Festival for September 2009. Waiting… waiting… waiting… ???
Lastly, please keep an eye on The Globe and Mail newspaper. An interview with Kris Booth, director of At Home By Myself… With You should be published early next week.
Thanks for all your support!
